Reserve Padel - Sole Mia

Writing this review is tough because I truly love the ambiance and design of this place—it's beautiful, and I still enjoy playing here casually with friends. However, I've had disappointing experiences with private lessons and clinics. The private coach seemed inexperienced and distracted, and the clinics labeled "intermediate" repeatedly had beginners, wasting both time and money. When I raised these issues with management, they were dismissive and insisted leveling wasn't possible, despite other Miami clubs handling it well. I still like this club, but there's definitely room to improve.

This is the best Padel facility in the USA by far. Everything is great, I mean the staff, coaches, the courts, the gym, lots of parking. Great job to The Reserve team

Beautiful facilities with pretentious vibes. The staff made me super uncomfortable. I booked an indoor court for one hour for my wife’s birthday. When we arrived the front desk person, Ryan told us that we would be on court 3. The people on court 3 were not done until 12:10. Around 12:30 a staff member and a student started to hover around court 3 as we were playing. At 12:35 the staff member said she had the court reserved. She pull out here phone and said we were actually reserved at court 2 (even tho there were people there). After a bit of confusion my wife and I approached the front desk who hurriedly told us to play on court 1 until our time expired. A few minutes to 1pm there was already another person waiting for their session. We left. No effort was made to rectify the situation. Needless to say I will not be returning. It’s also very expensive.
