I lived at Polo Club for 4 years. I can’t speak for others experience or what other units were like but mine was very small and the ac couldn’t keep up at all in the summertime. The pool has been a constant issue and is usually green and not usable and it definitely stings to pay for something in your rent that you can’t even use. My unit did not have a washer and dryer so I always had to take it to the laundry center on site. I personally had no issues with the parking plenty of spots around. Maintenance usually was fast and fixed the issue as well. The complex has water issues and it’s not uncommon for water shut offs to occur. Very unpredictable when and for how long those would be. What I heard was the system there needs to be overhauled completely to prevent frequent shut offs, obviously you can’t kick out a whole complex of people to do this so I can understand why it continues. There have been several different management companies in charge in the last 4 years. The office staff currently there are very friendly. I did have some issues with communication and the leasing office getting back to me about some issues with online rent pay. To their credit when I did talk to them they were understanding and gave me some grace and were friendly about it. In closing, I only left because another place offers rental assistance through my job. Polo Club is not excellent by any means but it is far from being terrible and the current management in my opinion is better than what was there previously.

I toured this apartment complex a six months ago, the office staff was not so helpful. After I had seen the great pricing they had, I decided to give it a second try. I absolutely loved how I was treated! They had new management! They were very welcoming and caring. I really liked how I was welcomed and treated by the front desk lady. The assistant manager and the property manager were super sweet and friendly. I have now decided to submit an application! I will be recommending this complex to family and friends!

This marks summer 2 with no pool, see pictures it's closed and green, yet we still pay amenity fee. Also the AC in the gym has been broken for months, see pictures, and the area has no windows, so I guess it's a free sauna ! ( 90 degrees) The apartments are old outdated and need maintenance . I asked to leave before my lease ends ( 1 month before) with no fee and I was told to go kick rocks. You been warned , this apartments are worth only probably $900 a month. Not $1350 -$1500

Let me start by saying I love my actual unit and the apartment grounds. The pool is nice and is always clean and maintained. The location is great and so is the price. However, I have encountered many issues here since moving in. I have had multiple problems with having my unit maintained and have had my car wrongfully towed. Though management has thoughtfully corrected all the problems I have had, it's upsetting to have had to deal with them in the first place. Overall, I love my unit and the staff is very caring at resolving things, but I think they have a lot of organizing and focusing to do when it comes to moving new residents in. For that reason, I can only give this complex 3 stars.
