The hotel property is absolutely amazing! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The pool area was relaxing, and the bar and restaurant offered first-class service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from start to finish. Our room overlooked the forest, which added an extra touch of peace and relaxation. A wonderful experience all around—we can’t wait to return!

Their service is very sweet. I appreciate being a guest as they provide very organized service and a quaint, tasteful stay among trees. I enjoy their pool. I wish to spend more time at the pool with a plethora of refreshment. They create and provide an over extravagant, lush floral arrangement. I wish to see their Christmas decor. 💦 🕶️

The hotel is nice but the club’s management is a nightmare. The GM, Ast GM and head of security should be fired for creating a hostile and toxic environment for both their club’s members and their staff. They constantly attack their members and their subordinates for the most petty and arbitrary issues and dole out unreasonable punishments left and right. They literally suspended a resident member who wrote an innocuous note for 2 months that complained another member had taken up two parking spaces. They have a disciplinary board made up of 4 senior staff that dole out ridiculous suspensions left and right to members for the most ridiculous things. The customer service and hospitality IQ of the senior management is more on par with a Holliday Inn than an esteemed club. I definitely regret becoming a member.

My family and I stayed here for a few days and had an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment our car door was opened and we were offered water before check-in, to the chocolates on our pillows (sometimes more than once a day!), every detail made us feel like royalty. I work in hospitality, so my standards are high, sometimes unreasonably so, and this stay exceeded every expectation! I know how important reviews are in this industry, and how thankless the work can be, so I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible team that made our visit more than special. Thank you to Keith for always greeting us with warmth, and for that next level suit collection! Denise, thank you for your kindness. Lucia and Ricardo, your breakfast service was outstanding. From the pulled-out chairs to the table-side coat rack to the unforgettable French toast, everything was top-notch! Dinner was just as impressive. Gonzo, Eric, and Chelsey were amazing! I'll be requesting them EVERY time! At one point, Gonzo even removed seafood from a dish after overhearing (without us realizing) that one of us didn't eat it. That level of care and attention to detail is award-worthy. And a big thank you to Ronny for serving the best carrot cake I've ever had, and I'm a carrot cake connoisseur! Joann and Jas, thank you for overseeing such a smooth and memorable evening. We felt genuinely cared for at every moment of our stay. I can't wait to return!
