I had the pleasure to play here (as a guest) 9/13/2025. Absolutely beautiful golf course (and community). I believe this is the cleanest, well kept community and golf course I've experienced in Florida thus far. Now, to the course: Fantastic layout, challenging but not overly difficult, in other words, you can post a great score if you manage your way around wisely. The tee-boxes, fairways and greens were immaculate. Speaking of greens, I consider myself an above average Putter, and I have to say, these greens kind of baffled me (in a good way). I believe Boca Grove is one of those courses where the greens will reveal their secrets the more you play them. The green complexes are amazing. The ball reacts, checks and holds if you bring the ball in high. If not, you might be looking at some long putts (or chips from the fringe). From Security at the front gate to the Pro Shop to Outside Operations everyone at the club was friendly, courteous and helpful. The Starter was a hoot and provided some good course tips. The carts were clean, well maintained, and well stocked with sand. I hope I get to play BG again one day (although I might like it to be 75* outside rather than 95* ; )

This is great 18-hole golf course! The grass is always well watered, cut, and maintained. The putting greens are slick and faster than they look. Some of the holes are wide but most are pretty narrow shots with little room for forgiveness. There are plenty of houses you can bounce your golf ball off of. A few years ago they completely redid the course and moved the position of some of the cups. There are bathrooms that you need the code for scattered through the course. The course is busy when it’s busy and not busy when it is not.

As a South Florida jew, I call on Boca Grove to immediately dissolve your board of directors. Calling a resident's simple act of wrapping tiffilin "outrageous conduct" is inexcusable and indefensible. It is a subtle and personal ritual done during quiet prayer, barely perceptible to any one not looking for it. One wonders whether the same strict adherence to inoffensive display is visited upon lighted Christmas decorations or the nativity.

Unwelcoming and Poorly Run Boca Grove is one of the most poorly managed communities I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you move in, you realize that everything is controlled by a small group of people who make all the decisions without considering the residents. The atmosphere is far from welcoming—there’s a toxic environment where favoritism runs rampant, and the board acts like they own the place. Roads are a complete mess, but instead of addressing real issues, they waste money on pet projects and unnecessary expenses. It’s frustrating to live somewhere that should be great but is ruined by bad leadership and poor management.
