I've stayed at the resort twice—once for a work event and again for a family vacation. I loved it so much that I look forward to booking another stay. Based on reviews I read, some people have very high expectations. While not everything was 100% perfect, I had a fantastic experience, and all my needs were met and concerns addressed. If someone wants a high-end experience, it'll cost 5-10 times more. The hotel is an incredible value for the money spent, surrounded by beautiful nature, trails, facilities, decent food, and excellent service. I appreciated the complimentary car rental and virtual concierge. Shout out to a lady who runs it. Unfortunately, I didn't ask the name. I also want to recognize Suzanne from the registration desk, Roberto, and all the team members from the Mill Room. You made me and my daughter feel at home. Thank you!

I think the resort is overpriced. Breakfast buffet is 35 dollars but there is not even orange juice included (8 dollars extra). The omelette station is unorganized. On our first day we gave it up to have omelettes. The rooms are okay. However, the air condition is noisy and hard to operate (no instructions available).

We advise against eating the chocolates provided during the turndown service. It seems that either mice have access to where the chocolates are stored, or we had a mouse in our room. We noticed on two separate nights that a mouse had nibbled on the chocolates left in our room. The first time, we weren't sure since it was dark and late, but the second night, you could tell it was definitely eaten by a mouse. We told the receptionist when we checked out, and their only response was that they would talk to housekeeping. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again since we felt this response was not strong enough for a high-end resort. The Pools The pool at the sports club is relatively new and modern, with a kids' section. The older pool at the spa is more for adults, which was nice. EV Charger We loved the resort, which has four Level 2 EV chargers that were complimentary for guests, and that actually worked. Numerous guests beyond us were using them. I wish more places offered this convenience. Shower heads Unfortunately, the shower head in our bathroom was not well-maintained and was clogged with mineral deposits, which affected the pressure. Dinning The resort restaurant is actually really good, with great staff. We had breakfast and dinner there. On the weekend, for breakfast, they only offer a buffet, which is okay if you don't have dairy restrictions. Their regular weekday breakfast options are really nice. Hiking They maintain some great hiking trails on the resort's property that go on for a mile or two. Overall, the resort has a beautiful setting, well-kept grounds, and good staff. We just can't fathom how this resort would respond so dismissively to finding out it has mice.

Cool place overall. Bed was rock hard with indentations and pillows were terrible. We paid extra for the premium king room with lake view. Was more of a tree view with views of the lake between the branches. We thought it would be nicer for the cost.
